FAMILY Builders & Developers began the year with momentum, initiating the pre-launch of Alpha and Harmony Towers under The Seven Towers project, setting the tone for a landmark high-rise vision.
February saw fun activities celebrating the positive office culture.
In March, we celebrated Ramazan and Eid together with unity and gratitude. We recognized the contributions of women across the organization on Women’s Day.
April marked significant visibility with the reveal of Avenue 50 and 54, followed by FAMILY Builders taking center stage as the official “Powered By” sponsor of the Tamiirat Property & Lifestyle Expo Business Summit 2025, in strategic collaboration with Sparks Business Club.
In May, the company strengthened stakeholder relationships through a client meetup and formalized a quality-driven partnership with Faizan Steels via an MOU.
Growth continued in June with the pre-launch of Gulbai Industrial Commercial Park, expanding the development footprint into planned industrial spaces.
July saw tangible progress as ground digging commenced at The Seven Towers site.
In August, FAMILY rebranded and embraced a refined brand identity, aligning its evolving vision with core values of trust, transparency, and spirit.
September offered a period of reflection and strategic planning, strengthening internal processes for improved execution.
October emphasized capability-building through focused team training.
November marked a new chapter with an office relocation designed to support collaboration, efficiency, and continued growth.
The year concluded in December with meaningful social responsibility initiatives, including Soil Day awareness, a blood donation campaign, and a team picnic to reinforce a positive work culture and FAMILY Builders’ commitment beyond construction.
We proudly added 100+ new members in FAMILY, achieved 300+ unit sales, and successfully onboarded 250+ clients, reflecting strong growth, trust, and continued momentum throughout the year.
